The USB port you connected the device to does not support USB2.0. While it will still work, it will not function at fullspeed. To remedy this, try the following:

• plug the device into a USB 2.0 port on your computer
• make sure your drivers for the computer and USB card are up todate
• if using Windows XP, make sure you have Service Pack 2installed
